Ce parcours de moyenne distance pr\u00e9sente une ascension soutenue et constante permettant de gagner progressivement en altitude, sans passages techniques exigeants. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1956\">L&#8217;itin\u00e9raire alterne chemins forestiers et larges sentiers, offrant un parcours continu qui permet de maintenir un bon rythme de p\u00e9dalage. La descente se fait \u00e0 travers des zones bois\u00e9es et ombrag\u00e9es, et propose une derni\u00e8re portion plus tranquille avant de revenir au point de d\u00e9part.
